Zohar Aviv

Zohar Aviv, married and mother of two, has written over 70 books. She is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University - Literature and Education fields. She is an Adler Institute trained facilitator for parents and children's groups, and lectures in schools. Her books are extremely popular and much loved by Israeli children. She is the author of the best seller series- "The Brain force Gang," "Wonderhand," "Horrifying Journey, " and "Heart force." Her books are best sellers in her country of original, Zohar's stories aim to increase awareness to social circumstances among teenagers and on how to deal with them. In the past few years, her books have achieved a place of honor on the list of the mostly read books in Israeli libraries and were awarded the "Prevention of Violence Prize" and the "Respectful Living Prize."
