Conz (1977) always wanted to be a cartoonist and so he did. After his studies at the Sint-Lucas Academy in Brussels and a series of publications in the comic magazine's Demo and Ink, he debuted in 2004 with the award-winning semi-autobiographical collection When I was the Leader of the World. Recently, Conz mainly focuses on illustrations and cartoons, but with the Suske and Wiske homage Boomerang (with drawings by Steven Dupr ), he returned to the comic world.
