Mike King

"Dr. Mike" King, a pediatric dentist and comedian, charms young patients with humor and magic. Shahar Kober is an award-winning illustrator who has illustrated over 70 children's books including work by former Children's Laureate Michael Mopurgo, Israel's national poet Hayim Bialik and award-winning children's author Adam Lehrhaupt.
