Goldie lives in Jewel, a place strictly controlled by the Blessed Guardians. She is not allowed to go outside unchained until Separation Day. When the day gets canceled, she decides to run away. She ends up at the Museum of Dunt, a place with shifting rooms that only a thief's mind can understand. Good thing Goldie has a penchant for that, especially when she discovers that the leader of the Blessed Guardians has plans for the museum that will threaten everyone Goldie loves. The courageous girl decides to take her stand.
Lian Tanner is the author of the Keepers trilogy (Museum of Thieves, City of Lies, Path of Beasts) and winner of numerous awards around the world, including the Aurealis Award for Children's Fiction. She lives in Australia.
