This longer board book is in essence a travel guide for toddlers. Rhyming text introduces India by explaining the background of several national monuments and holidays, Bollywood and cricket. Sidebars shaped like tickets offer other facts and words in Hindi, and each page opening has a (extremely easy) seek and find component. What appears to be colorful digital art shows happy, round faced folks from India with light brown skin enjoying all of the country's pleasures and activities. Readers are invited to join the Tiny Travelers Club on line, and to sign up to receive free stickers to affix to the stamp shapes in the book. A serviceable title for families of toddlers making their first trip to India. —Stephanie Tournas, Youth Services Book Review

The newest addition to the @gotinytravelers series is out today! My kids loved learning more about India and spotting things that were familiar to them. With hidden images on each page, engaging illustrations and design, and interesting facts spread throughout, this series is perfect for introducing new countries to a range of ages. The hidden images are easy to find and the pages are thick and sturdy which makes it ideal for young children, but my almost 7 year old loves reading them just as much. One thing I especially appreciate is that each book in the series has had an expert from the featured country lending their input to maintain cultural authenticity.
