Bear in Love (Bear #1)

I read this with my 4 year old daughter. We both really enjoyed the story a lot. I asked her what her favorite part was, and she said that the part where Bear chooses to be brave and knock on the door was her favorite part. I agree. This book deals with complex emotions, however, it doesn't really explain them. I don't think it needs to, though. The book merits 5 stars on the story's cuteness alone. - Finley Farmer (Educator)

This book was absolutely adorable. Bear loves Squirrel but is too shy to tell her. Instead he leaves her gifts. The pictures are so cute. The text is short and flows well. I think kids will love the story and pictures. So fun. - Julie Valora (Librarian)

A sweet story about being in love but being too scared to let the other person know. Bear loves Squirrel. He brings her presents but can't seem to get up the courage to tell her it is him who is sending them.
