Access to our website is free, our approach is research-based, and our collection of more than 40,000 titles is diverse and inclusive. The Bookmoji Builder: A Better Book Discovery Tool
Students visually articulate what they love through this engaging game, and when they're connected to books related to those well-loved things, they develop strong reading identities and become more engaged readers.
Playing on their own or through a structured classroom activity, your students can build up to four personalized avatars that reflect their interests and enthusiasms, adding costumes, pets, and favorite accessories like sporting equipment and musical instruments. As kids build their Bookmojis, in real time, personalized, grade-appropriate book recommendations appear – all based on each child's individual interests. And every book has been curated by our expert network of teachers and librarians!

Absolutely! As a teacher, librarian, or school administrator, you can use bookelicious.com with your students in classroom activities for book discovery and more! Have your students:
- build (play!) Bookmojis to get grade-appropriate book recommendations based on their own interests
- learn how to browse for books by topic (and related topics)
- learn how to search for books by keyword, author, series, or special tags
- learn how to filter, sort, and refine searches and browse results to narrow in on specific titles of interest
- create wishlists of books they want to read
- write book reviews of titles they've already read
- find and borrow books from their nearest public library
You can gain valuable insights by viewing (or downloading) individual or aggregated student wishlist data. Wouldn't you like to know the most wished-for books at your school?
You do not need a Bookelicious account to sign up and attend any of our Event Programs. Simply fill out the event registration forms (click the link from the Program's webpage), and our sales team will get you signed up!
To get the most out of our Student Choice Programs, you and your students should have accounts, but it's easy, especially if your school uses Clever or ClassLink:
- Sign In to Bookelicious using your own Clever or Classlink credentials OR find and launch "Bookelicious" from your school's Clever or ClassLink portal. This will automatically create a Bookelicious Educator account for you.
- Import select classrooms from the My Classrooms page found under your account menu.
- Add the Bookelicious app to your classroom portal. Depending on your school's setup, you may need to get permission from your Clever/ClassLink IT administrator.
- Once the app is visible on students' Clever Dashboards (or ClassLink LaunchPads), they can simply open the app. Their Bookelicious accounts will automatically be created.
NOTE: if you want to share Bookelicious with your entire school or multiple schools in your district, simply have your Clever/ClassLink IT administrator add the Bookelicious app to your portal. Our sales team will be happy to help with any setup questions.
If your school doesn't use Clever or ClassLink, you can still use Google Classroom. Sign in as an Educator using your Google Classroom account, and then import your classrooms from the My Classrooms page found under your account menu. Once your students are added, they will be able to sign in using their Google accounts.
The easiest way to share Bookelicious with your classroom is using Clever or ClassLink.
